Simply put, Sunday night syndrome refers to reflecting on finishing your time off and the feelings that emerge when you’re about to head back in. Exacerbated by the current pandemic conditions, it’s pretty common for Sunday night syndrome to manifest through feelings of dread, anxiety, despair, and a sense of feeling overwhelmed. In this video, we’ll talk about what Sunday night syndrome is and, while we know there’s no easy way to fix this, provide a few suggestions on how you can better face the week ahead.
