Practicing Excellence operates https://practicingexcellence.com. This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by PracticingExcellence.com, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“PracticingExcellence” or “We”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to the websites of PracticingExcellence, including https://practicingexcellence.com and PracticingExcellence’s other online services (collectively, “Sites”). Personal Information Collected

If your account was created by your employer or other organization you are affiliated with, they will provide us with the personal information necessary to create your account. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

- in the event that your account was created by your employer or affiliate organization, with the administrator of your account in an administrative capacity;
- with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work;
- to comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, (ii) to protect the rights and property of PracticingExcellence our agents, customers, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use, or (iii) in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our customers or any other person;

We may also share aggregated or deidentified information.
Comments & Other Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
