Dynamic Format
The first Nurse LEAD session is a 1.5 day in-person immersion and the 5 additional monthly sessions are virtual at 3.5 hours each.

Micro-Learning

A cohort of nurse leaders from across the country will be learning together from and with each other to build community, enhance learning, drive engagement, and share best practices.
